According to my research, they rate good responses at level 1 (50% or less), Level 2 (90% or less) and level three (90-100%). So you can see that first, it is characterized as a good response – under 50% would not have been – and at 50% with part of it probably being scar tissue – you are really close to level two – right on the edge – which short of making it disappear, is a really good response.
